All products are produced in our BRC AA‑certified facility in Cork, ensuring world‑class food safety, quality, and traceability.
5. Do you supply both chilled and frozen meals?

Yes. All allergens are declared in bold on every pack in line with EU food labelling regulations.
11. Do you cater for GLP‑1 / weight‑management diets?
Yes. Our My GLP1 Meals brand offers portion‑controlled, high‑protein, lower‑calorie meals designed for GLP‑1 users.
12. Can I order meals directly for home delivery?
Yes. Selected ranges are available for nationwide home delivery through our online store partners.
13. Do you use Irish ingredients?
Where possible, we source Irish meat, vegetables, and dairy from trusted local suppliers.
14. How should I store Secret Recipe meals?
Follow the instructions on the pack. Products must be kept chilled at 0–5°C or frozen at –18°C depending on the format.
15. Can your meals be cooked from frozen?
Many of our frozen meals can be cooked directly from frozen. Always follow the on‑pack cooking instructions.
